Bountiful fresh ingredients, a commitment to honest work as well as the love and respect for the profession constitute the foundations of our kitchen. We work mostly with regional ingredients from local farmers.
The pièce-de-resistance on our menue is fresh, organic fish from our own fish ponds behind the restaurant – available from spring till autumn. Your meal may be enjoyed both inside the restaurant or on our sun deck in summer, offering expansive views of the region's natural landscape.
We regularly offer the following traditional gastronomical events:
- Autumn St. Martin's days full of taste
- Winter carnival feast
- Spring horse radish days
